Ingredients

8 flour tortillas

3/4 cup red bell peppers, diced

3/4 cup yellow bell peppers, diced

1/2 cup fresh scallions, chopped

3/4 cup carrots, shredded

3/4 cup red cabbage, shredded

1/2 cup radish, sliced

3 cups salad greens, chopped

Spicy Spread:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup TRUFF Spicy Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon TRUFF Original Hot Sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Veggie Pinwheels

Our take on veggie pinwheel wraps are loaded with flavor thanks to TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, TRUFF Spicy Mayonnaise, and a combination of fresh, crunchy vegetables. Whether you're a vegetarian, or just looking for a healthy lunch, this dish will do the trick!

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese, TRUFF Spicy Mayonnaise, TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and cheddar cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth. 
  2. Divide the spicy spread between the tortillas. 
  3. Divide the bell peppers, scallions, carrots, cabbage, radishes, and salad greens between the dressed tortillas, and gently press down to compress the ingredients in the spread. 
  4. Roll tortillas into a tight cylinder and secure with toothpicks. 
  5. Slice the rolled tortilla in-between the toothpicks, revealing the pinwheel shape.
