Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add diced bacon, and cook, stirring frequently, for 3-5 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and set aside on paper towels, leaving bacon drippings in the pan.
  5. Return the skillet to medium-high heat and add the onion and bell peppers.
  6. Sauté veggies until tender-crisp, about 2 minutes.
  7. Crumble sausage into the pan and cook until the sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes more.
  8. Meanwhile, place eggs, evaporated milk, and TRUFF White HOTTER in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
  9. Add cheddar, hash browns, bacon, and 1 tablespoon of the chopped scallions to the bowl, and stir to combine with the egg mix.
    1. Once the veggies and sausage have finished cooking, add them to the bowl as well, and stir to combine.
    2. Lightly grease the skillet and add the casserole mix, spreading out in an even layer.
    3. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until firm and cooked through.
    4. Remove from the oven, garnish with remaining scallions, and slice into individual portions before serving.
