Ingredients
Cacio e Pepe Dressing:
1/2 cup TRUFF Mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Salt to taste
Roasted Broccoli and Broccolini:
1 bunch broccoli florets
1 bunch broccolini
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 cups baguette or crusty Italian bread, torn into large chunks
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Charred lemon halves for garnish (optional)

Our dressing combines TRUFF Mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, and black pepper. When tossed with roasted, well-seasoned broccoli and broccolini, this dressing is addicting. Serve as a side dish, or add the veggies to your salad bowl as a flavorful garnish!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place TRUFF mayonnaise, grated parmesan, sour cream, lemon juice, cracked black pepper, and salt in a bowl, whisk to combine.
Keep the dressing refrigerated until ready to serve.
Place broccoli florets, broccolini, garlic, and the bread chunks in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and toss to coat.
Transfer the veggies and bread to a baking sheet and place in the oven.
Roast for 10-12 minutes or until the veggies are lightly charred and the bread is toasted.
Place roasted vegetables and bread on a platter, drizzle with cacio e pepe dressing before serving, and garnish with lemon halves.
