1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons roasted garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons TRUFF Original Hot Sauce
1-2 tablespoons vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1-2 tablespoons smoked paprika
Veggies, crackers or pitas for serving

Instructions
Place chickpeas, pumpkin, roasted garlic, olive oil, cumin, coriander, and TRUFF Original Hot Sauce in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add a tablespoon of vegetable broth if your hummus is too chunky.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
