Add the onion and bell peppers to the pot, stir to combine, and continue to cook for five minutes, until the meats are cooked, and the veggies are tender-crisp.
Season the meats and veggies with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika, stir to combine, and continue to cook for one minute.
Add TRUFF Spicy Marinara Sauce, tomatoes, bouillon, and coffee, stir to combine, and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, reduce heat, cover, and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the beans, stir to combine, and continue to cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans have thoroughly heated.
Divide chili between bowls, and top with sour cream crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheddar, sliced jalapeños, and chopped scallions.
