Crispy Smashed Potatoes

3 pounds small yellow potatoes
1 teaspoon TRUFF Black Truffle Salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of black pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
1/2 cup sour cream

If you’re looking to add a unique side dish to your dinner table, try out these crispy smashed potatoes. These potatoes are perfectly fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Plus, our Black Truffle Salt adds the wow factor to this dish.
Be sure to make enough of these to go around, they will definitely be a crowd-pleaser!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Fill a large pot with water, add potatoes, and bring to a boil.
Boil for 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are fork tender.
Drain the potatoes, and set aside to dry for 10 minutes.
Transfer the potatoes to a prepared baking sheet and smash each potato.
Set aside to dry, again, for five minutes.
Place TRUFF Black Truffle Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a small bowl, stir to combine.
Once the potatoes have dried, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with the seasoning blend.
Place in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and transfer the potatoes to a serving platter.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve with sour cream on the side
