Spicy TRUFF Dressing:

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tablespoon TRUFF Black Truffle Oil

1 tablespoon TRUFF Original Hot Sauce

1 teaspoon Old Bay or seafood seasoning

8 oz. cooked shrimp, thawed (if frozen) and chopped

8 oz. imitation crab meat

8 oz. cooked white fish, flaked

1/4 cup red onion, peeled and thinly sliced

1/4 cup celery, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fennel, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons lemon zest

Salt and pepper to taste

Seafood Salad

These main ingredients are then perfectly complemented by fresh lemon, onion, celery, and fennel for a zesty, refreshing finish.

Instructions

  1. Place lemon juice, mayonnaise, TRUFF Black Truffle Oil, TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, and seafood seasoning in a bowl, whisk to combine the dressing. 
  2. Add the shrimp, imitation crab meat, white fish, onion, celery, fennel, and lemon zest to the bowl, stir to coat and combine. 
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
