2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 package fresh baby spinach
8 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Heat a skillet.
Add the bacon, drizzle with TRUFF White Truffle Oil, and cook until crisp, about five minutes.
Remove from the skillet and set aside to drain on paper towels.
Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet, stir to combine, and sauté for one minute.
Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about two to three minutes.
Remove the skillet from the heat.
Place eggs, milk, cheddar, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until blended.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, add the bacon, and gently stir to combine.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, uncovered, or until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool before slicing and serving.
