Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Once hot, add the onion and garlic, and sauté for two minutes or until slightly tender.
Add the ground beef, taco seasoning, and TRUFF Hotter Hot Sauce, stir to combine, and cook until browned, about five minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Place sour cream, ranch seasoning, TRUFF Hotter Hot Sauce, and cilantro in a medium bowl, whisk to combine the taco sauce, and set aside.
Divide the taco sauce and cheese between the tortillas and spread out in even layers in the center of the tortilla.
Place the ground beef on top of the cheese layer.
Place chips on top of the beef in a circle and top with nacho cheese sauce.
Top the cheesy chip layer with shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
To secure your Crunchwraps, bring a section of the tortilla up towards the center, partially covering the filling. Hold that section in place, while you fold another portion of the tortilla toward the center, slightly overlapping that first section. Continue this motion, concealing the filling, and creating a five-sided wrap.
Set the Crunchwrap aside, seam-side down, while you assemble the other wraps.
Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a skillet.
Place one Crunchwrap in the skillet, seam-side down, and cook until nicely toasted and brown, about two minutes.
Flip the wrap and cook on the other side for another two minutes or until browned.
Serve wraps with your favorite taco sauces and toppings.
