Vegetable or canola oil for frying

1 lb. peeled shrimp, if frozen, thawed

2 eggs

1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Sweet Thai Chili Ranch Sauce:

1/2 cup Hidden Valley Original Ranch

1/4 cup TRUFF Original Hot Sauce

1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Place Hidden Valley Original Ranch, TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, and sweet Thai chili sauce in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the sauce until ready to use.
  3. Fill a large pot 1/4 full with oil.
  4. Heat the oil over high heat.
  5. Pat the shrimp dry and place in a large bowl.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together two eggs.
  7. In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
  8. Coat the shrimp in the eggs, then the bread crumbs.
  9. Fry shrimp for two minutes or until golden brown.
    1. Remove the cooked shrimp from the oil and set aside to drain on paper towels.
    2. Transfer the shrimp to a large bowl and toss with the sweet Thai chili ranch mixture.
